On this relaxed weekend escape you can join some classes that will help release tightness, improve posture & calm the mind.

Classes with Cilla Thwaites
Pilates works the deep stabilising muscles to improve  strength and posture. It  has a strong mind/body connection, so you might like it if you like yoga.  It involves precise moves and specific breathing techniques and increases body awareness which encourages efficient and graceful movement.

Complete Stretch is a wonderful refreshing tonic for the whole body. It helps keep muscles flexible, strong, and healthy. Flexibility allows us to maintain a range of motion in the joints, otherwise muscles can easily shorten and become tight.  Regular deep stretching enhances our physical performance and helps reduce risks of injury. Releasing tension and knots through stretching the body also feels really good!

Cilla has over 20 years experience in teaching fitness and pilates classes, and makes everyone feel welcome whatever their ability-level. She keeps classes light-hearted & enjoyable whilst providing clear technical guidance.

What’s Included
Accommodation for two nights; four classes – two each of Pilates and of Complete Stretch; a full English breakfast both mornings; use of all facilities including a bar, restaurant & a modern self-catering kitchen and beautiful grounds.

Accommodation is either in single, twin or double rooms.

There will be plenty of time to go for walks & explore the local area.
