With Tony Mousah

Hartington, The Peak District

Good for: Those looking for a digital detox & some yoga in the countryside in a friendly and upbeat atmosphere.
Not so good for: Yogis looking for silence.
This weekend offers you the chance to combine an activity you enjoy or have always fancied trying with some time away in the beautiful countryside.
Soaking up the views & sounds of the surrounding countryside is a real tonic for the soul. With a fantastic teacher & lovely countryside you will leave feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.
This is a combination of Sivananda and Ashtanga yoga. Tony has an inclusive teaching style, guiding beginners & non-beginners through a flow of poses and sequences that will improve flexibility, stamina & strength, enhancing posture & encouraging a sense of well-being.
Morning yoga before breakfast will start off gently to wake up the body for the day. Evening yoga will be more energetic.
Everyone can enjoy this class – it is both technical & practical as well as good fun. Learning to kick pads is very satisfying for beginners and non-beginners alike. You will practise classic kicks hitting a pad – not another person!
If you have never tried kickboxing before, you will learn some basic moves using a large kicking pad. You will be surprised at how much you can progress in a short time!
If you already enjoy kickboxing, you will be able to have a great session and an opportunity to get some tips from an experienced 5th Dan Black belt.
Safety is paramount in all of our classes.
All of our teachers have decades of experience and you will be taught in a very safe environment, with the instructor guiding you the whole time.
You will definitely leave feeling energised and with new skills, and probably wondering where all the time has gone…
Instructor Tony Mousah is a 5th Dan Black Belt martial artist. A highly experienced instructor, he has been practising martial arts for 35 years & teaching yoga for over 15 years.
He is the striking coach to Brendan Loughnane, a lightweight MMA champion ranked amongst the top in Europe & one of the UK’s most explosive striking MMA fighters.
All welcome – suitable for beginners & non-beginners alike. Tony’s inclusive style will guide both beginners and the more experienced through all of the sessions.
If you have any questions, please contact us to discuss them.
