Get back into your boxing training in group sessions with an experienced WCF trainer. Technical & practical, you’ll sharpen your skills and learn new ones with lots of boxing drills as well as getting some sparring in.

Never done any kickboxing before or already an avid fan?

Whether you’re already into kickboxing or you’ve never tried it, everyone will get a lot from these sessions. Both technical & practical you’ll practise classic kicks hitting a large kick pad, and maybe some knees and elbow strikes.

These classes are hugely popular  & always loads of fun. Very satisfying and definitely exhilarating.


If you’ve never tried kickboxing before
, you’ll learn some fundamental moves using a large kicking pad. You might not be Bruce Lee by the end of the weekend but you’ll be surprised at how much you can progress in a short time. 

If you already enjoy kickboxing, you’ll have a great session and an opportunity to get some tips from an experienced 5th Dan Black Belt. 


Over the weekend there’ll be an introduction to self-defence skills. Whether you nothing or a lot about self-defence, it’s only through practice that you begin to ingrain some of these simple but effective techniques. A great session that’s fun & everyone will take something away from it.

Tony Mousah has been a trainer with White Collar Fighter since it started. A highly experienced instructor, he’s a 5th Dan Black Belt martial artist & has been practising martial arts for over 35 years.

He’s the striking coach to Brendan Loughnane, a lightweight MMA champion ranked amongst the top in Europe & one of the UK’s most explosive striking MMA fighters.


We’ll we’ll have plenty of space to train in – we’ll be using the large village hall which is a 5 minute walk away from Hartington Hall where we’re staying. The walk back up the hill to Hartington Hall is part of the training 😉

Boxing drills

Our instructors have decades of experience and you’ll be taught in a very safe environment, with the instructor guiding you the whole time.

You will definitely leave feeling energised and with new skills, and probably wondering where all the time has gone.


All White Collar Fighter current contenders & ex contenders are welcome.  Tony’s inclusive style will guide both beginners and the more experienced through all of the sessions. 


We’ll be staying in Hartington Hall, a stunning 17th century Manor House in the Peak District. It has a restaurant; a self-catering kitchen & dining area as well as a bar and several social areas to relax in.

Set in the village of Hartington, this is an unspoilt and beautiful part of the Peak District National Park. It has a couple of pubs, coffee shops & a village store and it’s a popular destination for walkers & cyclists.

You’ll be burning lots of energy & calories in the sessions, so you’ll probably want to just relax come the evening. You can do that in the bar in Hartington Hall or in one of the village pubs 😉


A full hot & cold breakfast buffet is included on both mornings. For evening meals you can choose whether to eat in the restaurant on site; in one of the local pubs or prepare your own evening meal in the fully equipped self-catering kitchen. This allows you to control any dietary or budgetary needs you might have.

You’re welcome to check in from 3pm. We’ll meet up and get to know the rest of the group. Full session times will be sent out nearer the time.

The first training session will be on Friday evening & the last session finishes around noon on Sunday.

There’ll be some free time to relax or explore the stunning countryside. 


Bring your own boxing gloves and other equipment if you have it, otherwise we can arrange to provide the relevant equipment for you to use over the weekend.



You can either share with friends or other contenders in a room for 2, 3 or 4 people, or there are a few single rooms available. All have a sink & shower & some are en-suite.



The price depends on the room chosen & you can spread payments – see further below.

En-suites will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

The quickest and easiest way to reserve your place is to click on the PAY NOW button above and and pay the deposit for your chosen room. 
Book the whole room rather than individual places so you can pay a deposit for you and your mates if you’re sharing a room.


To secure your place, a minimum deposit of £25 is required.

This is non-refundable & can be paid either via bank transfer to SIMPLY ESCAPE (see further below) or if you prefer to pay using PayPal or a credit/ debit card, then use the secure PayPal button above. 

The balance is to be paid via bank transfer and can be split into equal monthly amounts until 31st May at the latest.
