Terms & Conditions of Booking
Payments & deposits
Full or partial payment can be made at the time of booking. A non-refundable deposit of £50 per person is the minimum required to secure your place. Any balance remaining is due 3 calendar months before the event.
If a booking is made within 3 calendar months of the event, the full amount is payable at the time of booking.
Methods of payment are shown on the individual event page.
Once a booking is accepted a confirmation email of receipt of payment will be sent – normally within 24 hours but no later than within 72 hours.
Any outstanding balance is to be paid 3 calendar months ahead of the event. The exact date is given in the event details. If payment is not received by this time we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
What is included in the price
The advertised price includes overnight accommodation (either bunk-bed style; single beds; twin beds or a double bed); a hot & cold breakfast buffet on each morning & the advertised sessions.
Some weekends include additional meals. In such cases this will be advertised in the specific event information.
Unfortunately no reduction in price can be made in respect of late arrival, early departure or absence during any part of an event, nor can a reduction be made in respect of any meals missed.
Cancellation by a participant
Please inform us in writing if you wish to cancel a booking. Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
If notification of cancellation is received in writing before the date the full balance is due, then any fee, less the non-refundable deposit of £50, will be refunded.
If notification of cancellation is received after the date the full balance is due, then unfortunately the fee is non-refundable unless the place can be filled by another person.
Participants are advised to insure themselves against financial loss in the event of their cancelling the place themselves.
The instructor’s public liability insurance is effective whilst under their supervision in the sessions. However neither the instructors nor the event organisers can take any responsibility for events outside of class sessions. Participants are advised to organise adequate insurance themselves.
During the event some photographs & videos may be taken as part of publicity & promotional material. Reasonable endeavours are taken to ensure people are not identified if so requested.
It is intended that events will be run in accordance with the advertised description. However, if circumstances outside of our control dictate, there may need to be some changes.
If for any reason the session leader becomes unavailable, the event organisers will do their utmost to replace them with a session leader of similar qualities.
Participants will be advised as far in advance as possible of any changes.
If the organisers have to cancel a booking for any reason, the participant will be informed as soon as practically possible. Any monies paid in respect of that booking would be fully refunded.
The organisers will not, however, be liable for any additional cost or expense.
